Return Conditions
The brand Isidore Leroy belong to the S.A. CII Participations, 2 rue du Commandant Cousteau 33100 Bordeaux, also referred to hereinafter as "Isidore Leroy" or "the seller".
The seller has set up a website for the sale of decoration products to which the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply, for the sale to individual customers (hereinafter referred to as "individual customers") and to professional customers (hereinafter referred to as "professionals").
The placing of an order implies the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The seller may, at its discretion, modify the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, but all orders placed under the former terms and conditions will be governed by them.
Isidore Leroy offers to private customers a right of return or retraction of 15 days. Individual customers have fifteen days from the date of delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for the return shipping costs.
This possibility does not apply to personalized products made specifically for a customer.
The return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Warranty - Claims
All products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee of twelve months provided by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

In the case of references received but not ordered, after verification that the error is not attributable to the customer the products will be returned by the customer at the expense of the seller.All returns must be made by mail to the following address: contact@isidoreleroy.com
The non-arrival of the Goods must be reported to the Seller within 15 days of the order confirmation date.
Upon receipt of the order the customer shall:
(a) Verify that the quantity of goods received is correct;
(b) After laying 2 or 3 lengths on the floor, inspect the result to ensure that no defects are present. No claims for installation fees can be accepted once more than one roll has been laid. We will only refund the roll that has already been laid.
(c) In the event of any discrepancy, Customer shall notify Seller within 7 days of the arrival of the Goods and prior to any processing thereof.
(d) Unwanted products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and in saleable condition. Once the product is received at Isidore Leroy, we will contact the customer to arrange a refund.
Any problem not apparent upon reasonable initial inspection must be reported to Seller within 5 days of discovery. After that time, no liability will be accepted for such problems.
Shipping error
In the case of a delivery of products not corresponding in their quantity to the purchase order, it will be sent to the customer the remainder of the order at the expense of the salesman.
In the case of delivery of references different from those ordered, the products will be returned at the expense of the seller.

Damage due to transport
Upon delivery, the customer or his representative must inspect the goods in the presence of the duly authorized carrier. In the event of damage due to transport, the customer, in his capacity as recipient, must expressly notify the reserves to be made within the time limits set with the carrier, and send a copy to the seller who reserves the right to refuse the return, refund or replacement of the products.
