The seller has set up a website for the sale of decoration products to which the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply, for the sale to individual customers (hereinafter referred to as "individual customers") and to professional customers (hereinafter referred to as "professionals").
The placing of an order implies the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The seller may, if it sees fit, modify the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, all orders placed under the former terms and conditions will be governed by them.
Photos are subject to change at the discretion of the Company. The colors of the photos are not contractual and may not correspond to the samples sent. The Company cannot be held responsible for these differences due to the quality of the screens or the different baths of the products.
An order to be valid, must be paid in full, in advance by means of one of the various solutions offered online or by check. And correctly filled in the form displayed on the site, the buyer must imperatively provide a valid billing and delivery address, an email and phone number. The order confirmations are sent by email to the address indicated by the customer in his order.
The date of the order is the date of validation.
All orders placed on weekends (from Friday 12:00 to Monday 9:00) will be validated on Tuesday at the latest. All orders received in the morning and validated will be processed within 48 hours for the shortest possible delivery time.
Orders can be cancelled by contacting our customer service until the products are shipped, except for personalized products for which, in case of cancellation of the order by the customer, an indemnity equal to or greater than 50% will be retained and will be increased to 100% of the price when the products have been specially made for the customer.
In case of cancellation with partial refund, the refund will be made within one month after the acceptance of the cancellation by the seller.
In this case, after a period of 3 months, the products will be put back on sale and the payment kept by the seller.
The products returned to the seller for delivery error or absence of the recipient will be sent again at the exclusive expense of the customer.
Delivery times are indicated for each product on the product sheet. They are normally 10 working days but can be superior for certain references. It is advisable to add between 2 and 4 working days for deliveries in the DOM/TOM and countries outside the euro zone. This period is indicated in the order confirmation.
This possibility does not apply to personalized products made specifically for a customer.
The return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

The non-arrival of the Goods must be reported to the Seller within 15 days of the order confirmation date.
Upon receipt of the order, the customer shall:
(b) After laying 2 or 3 lengths on the floor, inspect the result to ensure that no defects are present. No claims for installation costs can be accepted once more than one roll has been laid.
(c) In the event of any discrepancy, Customer shall notify Seller within 7 days of the arrival of the Goods and prior to any processing thereof.
(d) Unwanted products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and in saleable condition. Once the product is received at Isidore Leroy, we will contact the customer to arrange a refund.
In the case of delivery of references different from those ordered, the products will be returned at the expense of the seller.
Guarantee of conformity
In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.
No claim can be received concerning a difference in color shade between several manufacturing baths if the buyer has placed several separate orders.
All the complaints for defects of conformity, requests for exchange or refunding must be carried out by email at the following address: email@example.com
The salesman will be able to collect information on the purchasers by using the means available on Internet, ex cookies, and to transmit if it wishes it information to its commercial partners.
However, customers may request that their personal information not be communicated and have the right to access and rectify their information in accordance with the law of January 6, 1978.
Seller's designs, patterns and images (including photographs of room settings, images of fabrics, shades, pouches, kits and scans of patterns) are the property of Seller.
Any use of Seller's designs, patterns and images (including photographs of room settings, fabric images and pattern scans), trademarks, logos, copyright and other intellectual property rights must be authorized in writing by Seller, which may be withdrawn at any time at Seller's discretion.
Any use of the products for framing purposes or as a picture is prohibited.
In accordance with the law relating to data processing, the files and freedoms of January 6, 1978, the information with personal character relating to the purchasers could be the subject of an automated treatment.
We collect personal information relating to the user (name, e-mail address, telephone number) only for the needs of the electronic transaction, for statistical processing or commercial follow-up. The user provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, especially when he/she proceeds by himself/herself to their input. The information collected is not transmitted to any third party.
However, the buyers can ask for the non communication of their personal information and have a right of access and correction of the information in accordance with the law of January 6, 1978.
The present conditions of sale on line are subjected to the French law, the courts of Bordeaux are only qualified for any litigation.
