HPC paper is recommended for professional use or for high-risk areas of the house such as the kitchen or bathroom. Non-woven paper is for residential use and is easier to apply.
The price shown is for a single panel.
If you chose the HPC paper, you can clean the wallpaper with products without any problem. If you ordered the non-woven paper, you can try to remove the stain with a little water. This paper is not meant to be cleaned, so it is possible that the stain will not come off.

Isidore Leroy panoramics are initially artworks painted by French and international artists, then printed using two artisanal techniques: digital printing and traditional roll printing.
You can make your own bespoke , you can do it with our tool bespoke directly on our site: enter your L/H dimensions (we advise you to add a safety margin of 3 to 5 cm), indicate the desired scale and frame as you wish. If you have a complex project, do not hesitate to contact us.
Some of our models are customizable by adding/moving elements (everything is specified on our website for the concerned models that you can find here), you can also contact us if you want to customize the color of a model. For customizations we charge an extra 50 Euros for the whole order. However, it is not possible to print your own model.
It is up to you, in general if your wall has a standard height and a width that is close to that of our panels, it is more interesting to choose this solution, however feel free to use the tool bespoke to compare the two.
In order to be sure to match your paint with the wallpaper, we advise you to order a sample of the desired paper and to compare it with a color chart.
If your order is delivered damaged, you can send us an email with pictures of the wallpaper received. We will then contact you to resend the order.
It is normal that the color of the sample is a little different because it was not printed at the same time. If there is a strong difference in color, please contact us at contact@isidoreleroy.com
If you are missing a piece of wallpaper to cover the entire wall, you have the option of ordering an add-on. It is important to note that there is a risk that the color is slightly different from the rest of the decor because it was not printed at the same time. It is also possible that between the two orders there may be a change in the paper that can be seen once installed.
Additions are always made with a 5 cm overlap.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order has gone into production, it is no longer possible to cancel it.
All orders are printed in our factory in France.

It is possible to wallpaper a stairwell! We do a lot of projects bespoke for stairwells. Some models are not adapted for high heights but we have some that are perfectly suitable. Don't hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help you with your project.
It is possible to put wallpaper in a wet room, but we strongly advise you to use HPC paper which will be more resistant than non-woven. This support has the particularity to be waterproof (be careful, you must use an anti-fungal glue).
No, our papers are for indoor use only.
The installation of our wallpapers is quite simple. We will send you with the order an installation guide that will accompany you during the installation. You just need the right tools.
We do not offer installation services ourselves, but please do not hesitate to contact us. We can recommend installers with whom we have already worked.
Shipping is done within ten working days and delivery in two to four days depending on the country. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need your wallpaper urgently.

If you have ordered standard panels you have the possibility to send them back to us within 15 days after receiving the order, you will be refunded once we have received the return. If you have ordered a wallpaper bespoke, it is unfortunately not possible to return it, because the order was made according to the dimensions adapted to your walls.
If your order has not already been shipped, it is possible to change the address.
It is best to call us directly to check the status of your order and then proceed with the address change.
The wallpaper arrives in protective packaging designed to ensure its safety during transit. The wallpaper is usually rolled up with the printed side facing inward to protect the design. The rolled wallpaper is then placed inside a sturdy cardboard tube or box, which provides structural protection against bending or crushing during shipping. This type of packaging ensures that the wallpaper arrives in good conditions, ready to be installed.
